Helping to improve the nation's health
After raising millions of pounds through our partnership with Tesco in 2013 and 2014, we are delighted to announce that we will be continuing to work together in 2015. Tesco, Diabetes UK and the British Heart Foundation have come together to help change the nation’s health for the better.
This pioneering three-year partnership will change lives. It will help people reduce their risk of Type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease, both of which are largely preventable, by making healthy choices.
Working with families and communities
We will be working together with families and communities across the UK to help people lead healthier, longer and more actives lives. From encouraging healthy eating and cooking habits, through to increasing physical activity, we will be providing a range of ways for people to make healthier choices in the way they live their lives.
The money raised will help us save lives through helping millions eat better and get active, reducing the risk of serious ill-health in the future, as well as help fund the vital work of Diabetes UK across the UK.
