Now December's here, it's time to start planning for Christmas. So you can put up the tree, listen to Christmas carols over and over, and start thinking about what you're going to eat.
If you have diabetes, or are close to someone who does, you might find that Christmas can be a stressful time as you navigate all the different meals and events that come along with the festive season, while trying to keep track of your healthy, balanced diet.
There's lots you can do to plan ahead and make things a bit easier, so when the parties, family events and – of course – that delicious Christmas dinner finally get here, you'll be able to relax and enjoy it with everyone else.
